	SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM Pewaukee Youth Baseball is a non-profit organization funded in part from annual fundraising activities such as Team and Loyalty Card sponsorships. The proceeds from these activities are used to supply each team with equipment, uniforms, umpires and playing fields. These monies are also used to help fund league projects and initiatives such as: • Replacing worn helmets and catcher gear • Refurbishing existing baseball diamonds and building new ones • Starting additional leagues like Coach Pitch Baseball and Girls Softball • Continuing education for our coaches and umpires Team Sponsor Benefits As a Team Sponsor, your company will receive the following: • Your company's name on a selected team's hats • One Team Hat with your company's name • The honor of throwing out a first pitch at a game at our Day of Champions at Helfaer Field • A framed picture of that team on a wooden plaque • Your company's logo on the PYB website's front page • Your company's logo in the PYB Junior Pirate Tournament flier on June 20th & 21st The 5th Annual Pewaukee Youth Baseball Junior Pirate Baseball will have 32 teams from all over the Midwest with about 2,000 players and family members attending for the two-day event. Each family will need suggestions on places to eat, stay and get fuel. Your business will be included in the tournament program. • Your provided company banner displayed at the PYB Junior Pirate Tournament with prior approval of PYB Board Loyalty Card Sponsor Benefits • Guaranteed marketing of your business to over 2,000 adult consumers for one year Each player registered with PYB (approx. 400) will be given 4 discount cards at the beginning of May; for parents, family and friends. Each will fit into a wallet/purse and feature your business and promotional discount that you agree upon. • Inclusion as a "Loyalty Card Sponsor" at the PYB Junior Pirate Tournament on June 20th & 21st Your business will be listed as a “Loyalty Card Sponsor” for all participants as suggestions for them to patronize during their stay. • Each business will receive extra loyalty cards to sisperse at your place of business. • Your provided company banner displayed at the PYB Junior Pirate Tournament with prior approval by PYB Board • New for 2009 - The Sponsor Special of the Month - to be emailed to ALL PYB families.
